Quilted Treasures is proud to host the finest quilting teachers in the quilting world.  It is our belief that it is very important to learn how to quilt properly.  Many people have tried to make quilts but are frustrated because they don't know quite how to put it all together.  It is often said that "a picture is worth a thousand words", in the quilting world, one hour of hands on instruction is worth a thousand stitches.

Learning how to select fabrics, threads, notions and patterns is basic.  Learning how to cut, piece, measure and design are paramount to sucessfully completing a quilt.

Our classes teach you how to select fabrics using the same techniques fine artists use to select color palettes for their paintings.  You wil learn to select the best threads and needles for your projects, how to accurately cut and piece your fabric and how to make the best use of the fabric design to end up with a final product that will become a family heirloom.

Victorian designs, classic pieced blocks, paper pieced blocks, striped pieced and applique designs are just a few of the techniques your will learn in classes that we offer.

Embellishing your quilts with beautiful threads, binding your quilts with a fabric frame and making coordinating elements will turn your fabric into cherished pieces of art.
